Handy Tips to Avoid Frozen Pipes This Winter

Repairs are underway at the Missouri City Surface Water Plant as of 12/3/24.
All Sienna MUDs will be utilizing Ground Water until repairs are completed.
During this conversion, you may experience differences in the taste and odor in the drinking water. The water is safe to drink, use for cooking, bathing, and other every day use.

Due to the recent rain and cooler weather, Sienna MUDs have rescinded all Drought Contingency Response Measures.
Residents can still help reduce water demand by following the following conservation tips:
Due to the ongoing drought conditions, all Sienna MUDs have initiated Stage 2 of their Drought Contingency Plans.
Mandatory Water Conservation Measures are now in place.
All outdoor water usage not limited to Lawn and Garden Watering, Car Washing, and Window Washing, shall be limited as follows:
All Sienna MUD Districts are currently operating under Stage 1 Drought Response Measures
Due to the ongoing drought conditions, all Sienna MUDs have initiated Stage 1 of their Drought Contingency Plans.
Voluntary water conservation measures are now in place.
The district is asking all residents and businesses’ to voluntarily reduce their water usage.
Residents can help reduce water demand by following the following conservation tips:
Si Environmental will be performing repairs to the water main near the intersection of Waters Lake Boulevard and Sienna Parkway.
Repairs are scheduled to begin on 8/1/23 at 6p.m. During this time, residents in Sienna 4 and Sienna 6 may experience lower than normal water pressure.

Main line break has been isolated.
Repair work will take place in the morning.
System pressure in Sienna 4 & 6 should be back to normal.
There has been a main line break in the south part of Sienna.
Crews are in route to make repairs. Residents in Sienna 4 and Sienna 6 may experience low pressure until repairs are complete.
