Meeting Information

The Board of Directors generally meets at 8:00 am on the 4^th Thursday of each month at the offices of The Muller Law Group, PLLC, 202 Century Square Boulevard, Sugar Land, Texas 77478.  Information regarding optional public participation by videoconference or telephone is shown on the meeting agenda.

Meeting agendas are posted on this website approximately one week prior to the meeting date.

The District does have occasional special meetings at designated meeting places inside the boundaries of the District.  Residents of the District have the right to request the designation of a meeting location within the District under Water Code Section 49.062(g).  A description of this process can be found at: www.tceq.texas.gov/waterdistricts and https://www.tceq.texas.gov/downloads/water-districts/forms/form-20863.pdf.

If no suitable meeting place exists inside the District, the Board may designate a meeting place outside the District that is located not further than 10 miles from the boundary of the District.  If the Board of Directors fails to designate a meeting place within the district or not further than 10 miles from the boundary of the District, after the receipt of such petition, five registered voters may petition the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality to designate a meeting location.
