Notice to Purchaser of Real Estate
The real property that you are about to purchase is located in Sienna Regional Municipal Utility District (“District”) and may be subject to district taxes. The district may, subject to voter approval, impose taxes and issue bonds. The district may impose an unlimited rate of tax in payment of such bonds. The District has not yet levied taxes but projects the total tax rate to be $0.00.

The Board meets the fourth Thursday of each month at the offices of The Muller Law Group, PLLC, 202 Century Square Boulevard, Sugar Land, Texas 77478. Meetings generally begin at 8:00 a.m. and are open to the public.
The Board welcomes and encourages District residents to attend.
